Who we are

SMEMinds (SMEMINDS LLP) provides ecommerce consulting, education and AI products to businesses in India and internationally. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit a form. Your name, company, email, phone and whatever you tell us about your business. We collect this to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement.

When you browse. First-party analytics events — pages viewed, CTAs clicked, scroll depth, device type and referring source. These are stored on our own servers. Your IP address is hashed before storage and is never kept in plain form.

Marketing tags. If configured, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These are third-party services with their own policies. Where consent is required, they load only after consent is given.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your enquiry with other agencies. We do not send you email you did not ask for.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics events are retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

Write to support@smeminds.com to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Saarthi

Saarthi, our AI product, is a separate service with its own data handling. It is India-hosted and DPDPA-aligned, and a Saarthi account holder can delete their entire dataset at any time. See the Saarthi privacy terms at saarthi.smeminds.com.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
