Platforms we master
The marketplaces we run every day — each with its own fee structure, catalogue rules and advertising model.
More than an ecommerce agency.
Four capabilities that most brands have to buy from four different suppliers — and then spend their own time integrating.
Consulting
Strategy and execution on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, quick commerce and global marketplaces — run by people who did it from inside the platform.
02Education
Nine Playbooks, 82 modules and 437 lessons in Hinglish and English — taught with the calculators that make the decision, not just the theory.
03AI
Saarthi, the AI chief-of-staff for Indian sellers, plus applied AI for pricing, stock, spend and reconciliation — grounded in your own data.
04Technology
BI dashboards, EDI automation, catalogue protection and storefronts — the plumbing that lets a small team run a large catalogue.
The whole ecommerce operation, in one place.
Pick the part you need. Each one is sold on its own and run to the same operating standard.
The full Amazon operation — account health, catalogue, advertising, compliance, global selling and the money the marketplace owes you.
Two platforms with their own commercial logic — Flipkart’s growth and ad mechanics, Myntra’s curated fashion model — run by people who operate both, not an Amazon playbook pasted across.
The newer channels and the export routes, each with a margin structure that behaves nothing like a marketplace listing.
Paid, organic, creator and lifecycle demand — measured against contribution margin, not impressions.
The reporting, integrations and automation that let a small team run a large catalogue without drowning in spreadsheets.
AI pointed at the decisions that actually move money: price, stock, spend and the reconciliation nobody has time for.

The honest answer depends on whether we can show our working. So we do.

Built by people who worked inside the marketplace, not alongside it. The insider view is the product.

Built for India
GST, marketplace reality, Hinglish narration and the rules the rest of the internet skips.
It started with a pattern that was impossible to unsee.
Over a decade inside Amazon — the India marketplace and the Europe Vendor Management Program — the same pattern repeated. The brands that compounded were not the ones with the best product. They were the ones who knew their numbers at the SKU level and acted on them weekly.
That knowledge was concentrated in a small number of people, most of whom worked for the platform or for the largest brands on it. An SME with a genuinely good product had no realistic way to access it.
The company started as consulting — taking marketplace operations off founders' desks and running them to an internal standard. The first clients were brands who were growing and losing money at the same time.
Founded by an ex-Amazonian with over ten years across Amazon India and the Europe Vendor Management Program.
Written from live account work.
Guides and notes on the things that decide the outcome — fees, break-even, account health and the economics of new channels.
The eleven cost layers most Amazon sellers never model
Referral and FBA are the two everyone counts. Here are the nine that quietly decide whether the SKU was ever profitable.

The operators who most need marketplace expertise are not the ones best served by English-only training. A note on how we built the Playbooks.
4 min readThe things people ask before the first call.
Three things that reinforce each other. We run marketplace operations as a consulting engagement; we teach the same models through SMEMinds Playbook; and we build AI — including Saarthi, an AI chief-of-staff for Indian sellers — that puts the answer in front of you without opening a report.
Both, deliberately. The consulting work is what keeps the technology honest: every calculator and every model in the Playbooks came out of an account we were running.
Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central in India and internationally, Flipkart, Myntra, the quick-commerce platforms, and D2C storefronts alongside them.
With a free growth consultation and a scoped audit. You get the findings whether or not you continue — including the ones that say you do not need us.
No. They are separate products. Many Playbook subscribers never become consulting clients, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
Playbook subscriptions start at ₹799 a week per Playbook. Consulting is a retainer scaled to catalogue size and scope, always quoted in writing after the audit — never before it.
Surat, with teams working across Mumbai and Bangalore. Most of our clients are elsewhere entirely.
Both, but the work is different. A brand doing ₹50 lakh to ₹100 crore usually needs an operating cadence and a P&L it can trust. A new seller usually needs the structure set up correctly once — registration, catalogue architecture, compliance — so the next two years are not spent undoing it.
Yes. The account stays yours and we work through secure sub-user access with the narrowest permissions the task needs — never a shared password. You can see every action, and you can revoke our access yourself at any time without asking us.
By treating policy risk as an operating metric rather than an emergency. Order defect rate, policy violations and the 60-day rolling windows are monitored on the same cadence as sales, because a suspension costs more than any month of growth it interrupts.
Yes — Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP, plus Google and Meta where they earn their place. Spend is judged against contribution margin, so a campaign that raises revenue while lowering profit shows up as the problem it is.
Yes. Amazon Global Selling, cross-border compliance and the export routes around them. The first decision is which market, and it is a modelling question — the largest marketplace is often not the one that pays best after fees, freight and duty.
